Overview

Managira sends both transactional emails and optional notification emails. This reference explains what each category includes and who receives it.

Transactional emails (always sent)

  • Password reset and account-access emails.
  • Payment confirmations and invoice-related emails.
  • Support ticket responses.
  • Invitation and onboarding emails.
  • Hub invitation and membership decision emails.

Note: Transactional emails cannot be turned off — they are required for security, billing, or workflow completion.

Toggleable notification emails

  • Announcements and event notifications.
  • Attendance and grade alerts.
  • Bill-created and reminder notifications.
  • Routine guardian or staff update notifications.

Weekly digests
Digest content varies by role:

  • Guardians — attendance, grades, and outstanding balances.
  • Teachers — assigned class and grading summary.
  • Managers / Supervisors — school-wide operational summary.
  • Admins / Hubs — broader oversight metrics and exceptions.

Emails by role

  • Guardians — mainly student- and payment-related emails.
  • Teachers, Supervisors, Managers — work-related notifications.
  • Admins — the above, plus operational and billing summaries where relevant.

Managing preferences

Optional notification categories can be toggled from account settings. Transactional emails cannot be disabled.
