Lets Schools get information and complete tasks by simply asking what they need.
Instead of searching through different pages, staff can ask Mira questions such as:
“How many students are in JSS 2?”
“Show me James’ attendance.”
“Create a Mathematics test for SS 1.”
“Generate the merit sheet for Grade 8.”
“Which students are assigned to Bus 3?”
Mira understands normal language, so users do not need to know the name of a feature, page, database record, or system function.
Mira then identifies what the user needs and uses the appropriate school information or action to provide the answer or complete the task.
What Mira can do
Mira can support many areas of school management, including:
Student and admissions management, Attendance, Class management, Guardians and student information, School years and terms, Classes and subjects, Assessments and examinations, Assessment questions and grading, Enrollment, Student promotion, Reports and merit sheets, School statistics and class comparisons, Staff management, Transportation, Events and announcements, School website management, Documents and spreadsheets, School settings and preferences, Email issue management, Notifications and feedback.
These capabilities are designed to allow schools to manage common school activities through one simple AI interface.
Mira is not only a question-and-answer assistant.
For supported workflows, Mira can make real changes to school data.
Examples include creating students, creating classes, changing assessments, updating enrollment, managing transportation records, publishing events, changing website content, and managing documents.
For that reason, users should carefully review requests before confirming actions that change school information.
Mira uses additional confirmation steps for actions that can have significant or irreversible consequences. Where appropriate, Mira warns the user about what will happen before the action is completed.
Mira has a broad range of capabilities, but it does not expose every function available in the Managira interface.
Some higher-risk or highly specialized actions remain available only through the normal Managira interface.
Activity logging
ALL ACTIONS PERFORMED USING MIRA WILL BE LOGGED.
Actions that change school data are recorded in Activity Logs and identified as actions performed through Mira. This provides an audit trail for school administrators and helps maintain accountability.

A simple way to think about Mira
Mira can be used in three main ways:
1. Ask
“Give me information.” Mira searches your school data and returns the information available to you.
2. Analyze
“Help me understand the information.” Mira can summarize, compare, calculate supported metrics, and present certain information through tables and charts.
3. Act
“Make this change for me.” For supported workflows, Mira can perform the requested action using the user's permissions and the safeguards built into the feature.
Mira is designed to make school management easier — not to remove the controls that protect your school's data.
