By creating an account or accessing Managira, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

2 Description of Service

Managira is a comprehensive school management platform that provides digital tools for educational institutions — from individual schools to government bodies managing multiple institutions through our Hub system. Our services include:

• Student records, enrollment, and academic performance tracking
• Attendance monitoring and automated reporting
• Grade management, assessment creation, and merit sheet generation
• Parent and guardian portals for real-time school updates
• Hub management for overseeing multiple schools from a single dashboard
• Customizable branding, public-facing school websites, and organizational tools

We may update, enhance, or modify features at any time to improve the service.

3 User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any activities that occur under your account.
• You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to attempting unauthorized access, data manipulation, or service disruption.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using Managira.
• Hub administrators are responsible for managing the schools under their jurisdiction in accordance with these terms.

4 Content Ownership

• Users retain ownership of all content they upload to Managira, including student data, reports, and institutional records.
• By uploading content, you grant Managira a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that content as necessary to provide the service.
• Schools and hub operators can export their data at any time.

5 Privacy

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using Managira, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your information as outlined therein. We are committed to protecting student data and comply with international standards including GDPR and FERPA.

6 Payment and Fees

• Certain features require a paid subscription. Plans are available for individual schools and hub operators managing multiple institutions.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or restricted access to paid features after a grace period.
• Hub-managed schools may have their billing handled centrally by the hub operator.

7 Limitation of Liability

• Managira is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Managira shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the platform.

8 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in unauthorized activities, or compromise the security and integrity of the platform. Upon termination, your data may be archived or deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.

9 Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of Managira after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
