Overview
When parents or users complete an admission through the online admission portal on the school website (when enabled by the school), those applications become accessible for the school to review.
Review a pending admission
- Go to Admissions → Pending Admissions and select the application to review.
- Confirm the student is applied to the appropriate class, subjects, and school year.
- Ensure the uploaded images are appropriate based on the school's rules.
- Save to approve later, or Approve on the spot.
Refuse an application
If the school decides to refuse an application, they can delete it. Once deleted, all student information provided in the application is permanently removed.
Nb:
- Approved applications are converted into student records.
- Review applicant information carefully before approval.
